75, entered into eternity from his home on April 27th, surrounded by his devoted wife, Isabel Da Silva, and his loving children, son Claudino "Dino" Silva and his wife Lucia, daughters Jeanne Da Silva, and Cidalia "Ziggy" Da Silva. He is survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Emigrating from Brava, Cape Verde, he settled in the City of Pawtucket, where he worked as a machine operator at Conrad Jarvis, for many years. He was the son of the late Boaventura and Lidia (Goncalves) Da Silva. He leaves 4 sisters, Rosa Da Silva, Isabel Tavares, Eugenia Duarte and Domingas Da Silva, and 5 brothers, Jose Da Silva, Joao Da Silva, Boaventura Da Silva, Domingos Silva, Antonio Da Silva; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by daughter Laura Da Silva, and brother Manuel Da Silva.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 5th at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St Mary's Church, Pine St, Pawtucket. Internment will take place in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend calling hours on Friday from 5 to 8 pm.
